At Fiel Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds, which is why we offer a 30-day window for easy returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags. Our goal is to ensure you feel confident and stylish in every piece you purchase from our collection.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the original, unworn items with all tags attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailing bag.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
